Permit Types
Oak Grove Land Clearing
A Commercial Land Clearing Disposal Permit is required with the City of Oak Grove & Sni Valley Fire Protection District. Land Clearing is authorized from January 1 – December 31.
Residents of Oak Grove
A burn permit is required for all Oak Grove Residents. Open burning season is March 1 – April 30 and November 1 – December 31. Burning shall take place only between the daytime hours of 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
Unincorporated / Rural
A burn permit is required to burn in Jackson or Lafayette County. Open Burning is from January 1 – December 31.
